This Privacy Policy agreement explains Sweat & Go (We/ the Company) approach to the handling of personal information and how the Company complies with privacy obligations.

The Company collects personal information from its clients, suppliers, employees, and everybody the company does business with Sweat & Go needs this personal information to provide Health & Fitness services, collected from application forms, through the website and booking system. This Privacy Policy also outlines the Company’s approach to online privacy issues. The website uses up-to-date technology to maximize the security of personal information.

Personal information is collected for the following reasons:

  • To provide clients with personalized fitness services (including assessments of physical fitness, health status, and goals).
  • To conduct business (to administer accounts, charge fees, and communicate with clients and business contacts).

  • Health Information, including information provided on the pre-exercise questionnaire. Health information is a sensitive form of personal information, it is only collected with consent.
  • Financial information, including bank account details and credit card details, as well as information about payment or non-payment of fees.
  • Business contact information from and about the company’s suppliers.
  • “Next of kin” information, which the company collects from clients for use in the case of an emergency.

 

Unless clients tell us otherwise, the Company may also use clients’ personal information to mail out special promotions, newsletters, and other marketing material. If clients don’t want to do this, they may “opt out” from receiving such material.

Personal information may be disclosed to specific support services from time to time, and this may mean that contractors see personal information (for example IT contractors to maintain databases). All contractors are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and are authorized only to use personal information to provide the services or to perform the functions required by Sweat & Go.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. We will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

In the light of the above, We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, Sweat & Go cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

Sweat & Go is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. The company will disclose personal information under a legal requirement to do so (for example under a court order, if required under legislation) or if an authorized request is made from a law enforcement agency. Otherwise, the company will only disclose personal information with the consent of the relevant individuals.
