This Privacy Policy agreement explains Sweat & Go (We/ the Company) approach to the handling of personal information and how the Company complies with privacy obligations.

The Company collects personal information from its clients, suppliers, employees, and everybody the company does business with Sweat & Go needs this personal information to provide Health & Fitness services, collected from application forms, through the website and booking system. • To provide clients with personalized fitness services (including assessments of physical fitness, health status, and goals).

• “Next of kin” information, which the company collects from clients for use in the case of an emergency.

Personal information may be disclosed to specific support services from time to time, and this may mean that contractors see personal information (for example IT contractors to maintain databases).
