Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

All sessions must be booked in advance to be guaranteed a spot. You can use 3 different methods to book. no 1. via Sweat & Go App; no 2. over the phone; no 3. in person.

Attendance Policy

We recommend arriving 10 min before your session starts. There will be a 15 min waiting period, after which we have the right to end the session as per the pre-paid booking time. We will try to accommodate lateness if there is no follow-up booking on the same machine. If you are more than 15 mins late, full payment will be deducted, for those with packages, one session will be deducted and for those with memberships one day will be deducted. 

Payment Policy

All payments for training sessions and packages are non-refundable. If you booked a session and are unable to attend, you must give the Studio 12 hours’ notice and you may reschedule another session without a penalty.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposits (1% of service value) are non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule, please let us know, as we do have a 12-hour cancellation/no-show policy.

Please note that credit card information is required to secure your reservation. Late Cancellation and No- Show (100%) fees are applicable.

Once the full balance of the session has been taken (paid for), it is considered a confirmed session. If situations arise and you can no longer attend your session, you must give the studio 12 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. All participants who do not show up or cancel their session with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the booked session and this session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited unless the cancellation is due to emergency or medical reasons.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
